Jacqueline Ciekurs is a career leadership professional and change agent with the insight, vision and enthusiasm necessary to inspire teams and garner impressive results. Her initial career in Banking and Finance enabled Jacqueline to land a job and become a key associate for a dynamic start- up company. Starting in 1990 Jacqueline helped plan, direct and implement a strategic plan to bring Thorlabs, Inc., a company of 3 employees and $300K in revenue, to what will become a $75M multinational company, employing over 300 employees. Year after year Jacqueline consistently met sales, profitability and efficiency goals while hiring, training and implementing systems to support the growth of the company. She was a natural leader in a small business setting which capitalized on her financial and analytical mind and result oriented, hands on management style. Jacqueline is very diverse in her skill set which makes her an invaluable asset to any organization.

Her 15 year career at Thorlabs enabled Jacqueline to acquire expertise in sales, finance, lean manufacturing, operation management, strategic planning, supply chain oversight, cycle time reductions, personnel management and performance assessments. Jacqueline is a high energy, seasoned professional who is committed to providing unparalleled customer service and, maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Jacqueline holds a Masters of Business Administration from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University. In addition, she received a certification in Lean Manufacturing from the University of Kentucky and continues her lifelong journey of learning. She is currently pursuing an education in Web Design so that she will be able to provide comprehensive business solutions to small businesses in her second career at Dana Barry Web Design.

Jacqueline resides in Lafayette, New Jersey with her family where she is an active member on the school PTO, a parent volunteer at the school and in the community. Jacqueline also has interest in tennis, golf, running, biking, kayaking traveling, quilting, sewing and reading.
